We offer space for everything from a simple overnight stay for one person to events such as receptions and family reunions for up to 100 guests. See the videos below for an idea of how each space looks, and feel free to contact us with any questions. We use Airbnb as our booking engine, so links to each listing are included below.
Pricing for groups and events is on the “Event Rates” tab. If you’re interested in booking multiple spaces for a group larger than 10 people, please check out the options listed there and get in touch with us via the Comments and Info Requests form.
Happiness Hills offers free Wi-Fi in all buildings, and mobile phone signal tends to be very good in the area. All our buildings are non-smoking and pet-friendly.
Guests at Happiness Hills can arrange access to the Barn as a space to gather, as long as nothing else is scheduled there. We offer a discount to lodging guests who wish to book the Barn as a gathering space (see below). For regular Barn pricing, see the “Event Rates” tab.

WANT TO BE SURE YOU’VE GOT THE BARN?
Lodging guests renting the Martin House and/or both cabins can book the Barn for rates starting at $75 per day – a significant discount from our regular rate of $300 per day! Booking the Barn ensures that your group will have exclusive access to it at that time, and you don’t take the chance that another group might be using it. This offer is limited to up to 10 additional people in attendance, besides those lodging at Happiness Hills. If more than 10 additional people are expected, a sliding scale applies.
MAKING A RESERVATION
There are rare cases in which we allow groups to book overnight stays directly through us. If Airbnb doesn’t work for you or your group/event, contact us to see if a direct reservation is a better method. Please note that we can accept credit/debit cards, but we add a 3.5% fee to cover the cost of the transaction. We also must collect 6% Kentucky Sales Tax and 1% transient tax on each booking.
